Windows will ask me "uh, what kind of file type is this.. and how do I open it?"

Going into Dock and asking it to import a package, and the app will crash...

CursorXP, crashing when trying to use the cursor pack - Oxide. Can't use it if it's installed with the Theme Manager either.

IconPackager 3.2, getting more and more of the SDCZip.dll "can't find" errors. Having to install the themes manually by creating their perspective folders under Stardock directory.

LogonXP, getting "can't read ????.logonxp file", then proceeds to launch the Windows Installer for Quickbooks?? After installer is cancelled, LogonXP opens.

However, WB5 applies the file just fine....but, from a cold boot, WB5 won't apply the theme properly. It starts it as a Windows Classic style theme, color intact until I start WB and reapply the theme. (same colors the theme uses, just in Classic style)
